Copyright Infringement Notification

Important: Please note that Flylinks IPTV is an organizational tool that processes data locally in users' browsers. We do not host or distribute copyrighted content. However, we will promptly address valid DMCA notices regarding any infringing materials that may be referenced through our service.
Requirements for a Valid DMCA Takedown Notice
Your DMCA takedown notice must include the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list of such works
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material
Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact the complaining party, such as address, telephone number, and email address
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed
Takedown Process
Upon receiving a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will follow this process:
Notice Review
We review the DMCA notice for completeness and validity
Content Removal
If valid, we remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
User Notification
We notify the user who posted the material about the takedown
Record Keeping
We maintain records of all DMCA notices and actions taken
Processing Time: We typically process valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hours of receipt. However, complex cases may require additional time for proper review.
What We Remove
As an organizational tool, we may remove or disable access to:
- M3U playlists containing infringing content references
- User-generated content that violates copyright
- Links to unauthorized streaming sources
- Any materials that facilitate copyright infringement
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification.
Counter-Notification Requirements
Your counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed by mistake
- Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to local federal court jurisdiction
Counter-Notice Process
- Submit Counter-Notice: Send a complete counter-notice to our designated agent
- Forward to Complainant: We will forward your counter-notice to the original complainant
- Waiting Period: The complainant has 10 business days to file a court action
- Content Restoration: If no court action is filed, we may restore the removed content after 10-14 business days
Legal Warning: Submitting a false counter-notification may result in legal consequences. Only submit a counter-notice if you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
Repeat Infringer Policy
We maintain a policy for dealing with repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA.
Our Repeat Infringer Policy Includes:
- Tracking DMCA notices associated with user accounts
- Issuing warnings for first-time violations
- Suspending accounts with multiple valid infringement claims
- Terminating accounts of repeat infringers
Account Termination: Users who receive multiple valid DMCA notices may have their accounts terminated. We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion for repeated copyright infringement.
